End of Year closure & service cut-off dates 

Please note our offices around the country will be closed during the holiday period. See below for important dates: 

AGRF offices and laboratories 

Closing 12pm Friday 22nd December 2017

Note: Last day to submit samples to the Melbourne node is Thursday 21st December.  

All Nodes Re-opening 9am Tuesday 2nd January 2018  

 

Service sample submission cut-off dates 

Sanger Sequencing and Genotyping Fragment Separation 

To be processed before the AGRF holiday closure, samples must be submitted prior to the following Cut-Off times. 

Sanger PD+ -  4:00pm - Thursday, 14th December
Sanger PD/CS+ - 10:00am - Tuesday, 19th December
Sanger CS - 4:00pm - Wednesday, 20th December
Genotyping Fragment Analysis - 4:00pm - Thursday, 14th December
Genotyping Capillary Separation -  4:00pm – Wednesday, 20th December

Samples submitted after the above cut-off times will be stored under appropriate conditions until processing resumes in 2018.

16S Service  

For processing prior to the Christmas closure, samples for the AGRF 16S sequencing service will need to be received by 3pm, Tuesday 12th December, with data available Friday 15th December, by 5pm.  ?
